Minor Basilica of Saint Michael the Archangel @ Tayabas, Quezon

1585 - First built by the Franciscans

1590 - repaired by Pedro Bautista

1600 - Changed into brick

1743 - Church destroyed by an Earthquake

1856 - Church rebuilt and enlarged, addition of a Transept and a Cupola

1894 - Roof changed to Galvanized Iron Sheets

1945 - Church was partially destroyed during the World War II

1966 - Church was reconstructed by the Philippine Historical Commission

October 18,1988 - the Church was made into a Minor Basilica
